Shipping Charges - The weight, size, destination and method of shipment determine the overall shipping charges. Please note: Some items that require special shipping methods including oversized items that are listed on our online store will not automatically calculate shipping charges at the online checkout. For these items you will need to contact us by phone to receive a shipping estimate.

We will let you know shipping costs at the time you place your order. We may need to do some additional checking to determine shipping or freight charges. We will try to determine the most economical method of shipment for your order; this may require extra time. We will e-mail or call you with the estimated shipping charges for your approval before the order is processed or charged to your credit card.

Include the item number, description, weight, and your address including the zipcode. And any special method of shipment you would prefer when making your inquiry.

Shipping Schedules - When your order will ship depends on how it is being shipped. For example standard courier, freight or special delivery. Items that are not oversized and can be shipped via Standard courier UPS, DHL or USPS will ship 1 to 7 days after the order is placed (excluding weekends and holidays). If you have a limited time frame for your project please give us an advanced notice so we can make special shipping arrangements for you.
