Return Policy
We Guarantee your Satisfaction- We want you to be completely happy with your purchase. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase let us know (before you have completed the installation) and we will offer you a full refund or exchange for that item. We can only offer a 70% refund on customized items that includes Custom sizes, finishes, and any custom modifications requested by purchaser.

Flaws- We try to include a picture of any imperfections that may be on an item and or include it in our written description. Many of our items are very old and some have flaws (a.k.a. character) that we may have overlooked in our inspection. If you receive an item and find we have missed something in our description please contact us and we can discuss your options.

Damaged Merchandise- Please inspect your package as soon as it is delivered to you. Save the original packing materials in case you need to return it. If the item is damaged during shipping the courier will not issue a refund for merchandise that is damaged in shipping unless you have the original package in which it arrived in. Please contact us immediately if there are any damages to your shipment.

Returns and Refunds- If you are not satisfied with your purchase please contact us to let us know.

The item must be returned within 14 days of its receipt.

What to include when returning an item- Include the original or a copy of your receipt.

Include a note stating why you are returning the item. If you would like to exchange it for something else or if you would like us to issue you a refund.

Cashiers checks, money orders, and checks will be refunded by check. Please allow 7 to 14 days for refund checks to be reissued. Credit Card purchases will be credited to your account.

We will refund the return shipping fees only if we have made an error in our shipment to you or misrepresented an item on our Website. Otherwise you must prepay shipping costs for returned merchandise that you decide is not suitable for your needs.

You will be responsible for any damage to the item upon its return. We recommend you insure the item you are returning to us.
